At Holista, Cosmoenergy is taught as a complete, multi-level path — for people who want real depth, mastery, and lasting integration, not a weekend certificate. The training is deliberately long-term: each level is given personally, with attention to energetic safety and room to mature, so nothing is rushed, overloaded, or fragmented. You move at the pace of genuine integration, each stage building steadily on the one before.
Below is the full path, level by level. Each one opens a new range of frequencies and a deeper capacity to work — with yourself, with others, and in time, to teach.
Basic Cosmoenergy Course
Duration: 4 months + 2 months of guided practice
The foundation for everything that follows. Over a 3-day initiation you receive the core Cosmoenergy frequencies and learn to work with them safely and consciously. By the end, you’ll be able to:
• Work with the key areas of life — wellbeing, emotions, relationships, and a sense of stability
• Develop intuition, perception, and energetic sensitivity — learning to actually feel what you’re working with
• Run sessions for yourself and for others
• Set up energetic protection and basic diagnostics
• Understand the ethics and practical principles of responsible energy work
Complete beginners are welcome — no prior experience needed. This level gives you everything required to begin a conscious personal practice and to work safely with others.
Master Level
Duration: 10 months + 2 months of support
The first full practitioner level — where a student becomes a capable, confident practitioner. You’re initiated into the complete Buddhist and Magical blocks, together with selected frequencies of the Synthesis block — around 48 frequencies in all.
Focus:
• Deep work with ancestral and family patterns (what many traditions call karma)
• Strengthening and stabilizing your own field, so you can hold more without depleting yourself • Expanding your capacity to meet complex, layered life situations
• Building and steadying your personal practice, with ongoing support
For those ready for responsible, deep, and consistent work — not dabbling, but committing to the craft.
Synthesis Block
Where understanding becomes embodiment. Initiation into 30+ advanced frequencies that work on the bridge between insight and action:
• Motivation and will
• Awareness and clarity
• Psychological patterns and inner conflicts
• Turning knowledge into real, lived change
Especially effective for:
• Group sessions
• Reinforcing every practice you already hold
• Translating insight into change that actually lands in daily life
This block connects knowing with doing — the difference between understanding a pattern and finally moving through it.
Zoroastrian Egregore Level
A fire-based practice, and your first step into ceremonial work and conscious engagement with collective energetic fields. Centered on:
• Working with desire and intention — giving them form and direction
• Creating and holding fire ceremonies
• Opening and stabilizing the heart center
This level introduces the ceremonial dimension of the work — energy held not only individually, but in shared, collective space.
Magister Level
A significant step up in both capacity and responsibility — the transition into high-level energetic work. Includes:
• A major upgrade of all your previous energies
• Access to new frequencies and methods
• Practices for working with places of power
• Advanced field awareness — reading and working with subtler, larger structures
For practitioners ready to carry more, and to work with noticeably greater precision and range.
The Fire Flower
The Fire Flower is a technique for rapidly building energy — a fast, deep charge that cleanses the system and expands your energetic capacity, working with the energy of fiery plasma. Its roots reach back to Tummo, the “inner fire” practice of Tibetan monks, refined over centuries to generate heat and vitality from within. Here it becomes a tool for practitioners: a way to clear what’s heavy, raise your baseline, and hold noticeably more energy than before. Powerful, elemental, and — like everything in this work — taught properly, in its right place on the path.
Hutta Block
A powerful system for working with the energetic field through special matrices. It allows you to:
• Resolve complex, multi-layered tasks
• Engage with large systems and long-term processes
• Work beyond linear cause-and-effect logic
Advanced work, intended for experienced practitioners only — subtle, potent, and never a starting point.
Progressor Block & Matrix of the Magician
The final stage of training — and the teaching level. This level:
• Completes the Cosmoenergy system
• Grants the right to teach and initiate others
• Integrates every previous level into one coherent, professional field
